Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit pack balances are separate and remain available until the expiration date shown for that pack; Mega pack credits do not expire.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
When you have both, subscription credits are used first. We then use the credit pack that expires soonest, and save non-expiring pack credits for last. Cancelling a subscription does not remove your pack credits; they remain available until their own expiration date.
